He didn't get a chance to see if it was really her when he first found the door, being ushered away and running into Baku back in the main wing of the hospital. But later, when no one is looking, he goes back. He remembers where to go, remembers exactly what turns to take and how many meters down the hallway until he's back at Emily's door.
